Antique Late 1910s–Early 1920s Navy Velvet Cloche Hat with Golden-Ochre Velvet Band & Dimensional Flowers

Striking antique late 1910s to early 1920s cloche-style hat crafted in rich navy velvet, beautifully accented with a warm golden-ochre velvet band. The surface is adorned with hand-applied dimensional velvet flowers in softly varied autumnal tones, interspersed with fabric leaves.

The velvet has a wonderful depth and softness, catching the light subtly and highlighting the sculptural quality of the floral appliqués. The silhouette sits low and close to the head. Finished with a black silk lining to the interior. 

*For reference, mannequin head has a 21.5" circumference. I measure at 22" and it fit me well. 

Best Fit: 22" head circumference

Condition: Very good with minor edge wear.
