Refund policy

We gladly accept returns on clothing in its original, unworn condition within 7 days of delivery. Because our garments are true vintage and antique pieces, we ask that they be handled with the utmost care and returned in the same condition they were received. If items are returned with damage or visible wear from use, no refund will be given. To start a return, please contact us at brookenault@icloud.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is paid by the buyer. A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds, but store credit returns are exempt from this fee. 

International Orders: Due to extended transit times, customs processing, and handling outside our control, international orders are non-returnable and final sale.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items. Any returns on layaway items are eligible for store credit only. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
