Antique Edwardian Gibson Girl White Cotton Windowpane 2-Piece Blouse & Skirt Set c. 1900s

Antique Edwardian two-piece dress ensemble in white windowpane cotton, featuring blue embroidered trim. This set includes a Gibson Girl pigeon-breast bodice with high collar and lightly gathered sleeves. The blouse closes with buttons down the back and two hook/eyes at collar. The inverted V high waist tab floor length maxi skirt has a lovely sweep with the blue embroidered trim encircling the waistline and back skirt hem ending in arrow points at both front sides. The skirt has two replacement hook/eyes at back waistband.
