Antique Edwardian c.1910–1915 White Linen Dress with Irish Crochet Lace & Floral Cutwork

Exceptional antique Edwardian floral cutwork and Irish crochet lace linen dress, dating to circa 1910–1915. An extraordinarily detailed example, richly embellished with floral broderie anglaise cutwork, intricate Irish crochet lace, and a dramatic scalloped overskirt that falls into a deep front point. The fitted bodice features lace sleeves and an ornate lace inset at the neckline, while the linen underskirt is finished with a wide panel of openwork lace near the hem. Every angle draws the eye, with beautiful detail throughout! The dress fastens with snaps and hook-and-eye closures. The interior bodice is lined in fine sheer cotton with separate hook/eye closures and top ribbon tie.

Condition: Near Excellent! Minor discoloration underneath collar at back right shoulder. This is concealed beneath the partially attached collar. Three minor spots to linen underskirt (concealed by ornate lace over tier).
