Antique Edwardian 1900s Spiderweb Drawnwork Lace Fine White Linen 2pc Dress Set, M - M/L

Exceptional antique Edwardian two-piece dress set in fine white linen. This beautiful set features intricate spiderweb drawnwork lace throughout with openwork medallions and rows of fine pin tucks. The blouse has a soft pleated front, lace trimmed neckline and sleeves, and closes with buttons down the back (2 are non-matching antique replacements). The matching skirt features coordinating drawnwork lace panels, pin tuck detailing, and a full sweeping silhouette. The skirt closes with hooks/eyes and there are two eye closures at the sides of waistline to secure the blouse to the skirt (possibly a later addition). A wonderful set and each piece can be worn separately as well.
