Antique 1910s White Sheer Cotton & Lace Two Piece Dress Set | Shirtwaist Blouse & Tiered Skirt

Beautiful antique white sheer cotton and lace two-piece dress set dating to the late 1900s to 1910s. The set consists of a mid-neck shirtwaist blouse and coordinating tiered skirt, shown both in its original blouse-over-skirt styling and tucked. Floral lace insertion, fine pin tucking and ruched gathers are featured on this soft and flowing dress silhouette. 

This set was acquired with family provenance identifying the set as a wedding dress and petticoat worn in Pennsylvania on November 6, 1907. Original handwritten notes accompanying the garment will be included with the sale. As you can see, I unfortunately do not have the petticoat with the set.

Blouse Measurements
Bust: up to 38"
Length: 20" (front) and 16" (center back length)
Shoulder Width: Approx. 15 1/2" 

Condition: Good! Blouse has 2 darns and 3 very small holes. Ruching to bodice has barely visible yellowing at FL side. Skirt has a couple very minor breaks to lace connectors.
