1910s Soutache Embroidered Walking Skirt, Antique Navy Wool Edwardian Skirt, XS

Antique 1910s navy blue soutache embroidered walking skirt with a partially attached embroidered tassel tie belt. Fantastic braided soutache design in black. The upper hip has a cool standing flap seam that hides the small front pockets. Black button and stitched loop accents down the back with three hidden snap closures and two hook/eyes at waist. Waistband is lined in black petersham.
