1890s Victorian Black Bodice Jacket with Tails and Dramatic Kick Up Sleeves, Antique Tailcoat Bodice, Gothic Vintage, XS - S

Antique 1890s Victorian black silk bodice jacket with split back tails, pronounced kick up sleeves and a standing high collar that can be folded down or left upright for a more dramatic appearance. The collar & sleeve hems are trimmed in soutache braid. Fabulous pleated gathers throughout the bodice with gathered silk trimming the left shoulder seam. Pointed center front hem with ruching and the backside features two split tails. Fully lined in cotton, boned at every interior seam, the bodice closes up the entire front with alternating hook/eyes.
