Striking antique vintage 1920s black velvet cloche hat with an upturn brim featuring gold lamé fabric covering both sides of the brim, metal gold lamé ribbon trim, braided gold bullion soutache and silk chiffon fabric roses covered in fine metallic gold threads!

Interior Crown Circumference: 22"
Outer Brim Circumference: Approx. 37"

For reference, head mannequin measures 20" circumference around. I have a 22" circumference and this hat fit very well.

Condition: Good.
Some wear areas to velvet. Crown lining is very fragile with numerous tears. Visible large hand stitches to lamé covering backside of brim.
