Edwardian Linen & Cotton Walking Suit, Antique 1910s Striped Cotton Skirt and Blue Linen Walking Jacket, XS / S

Wonderful Edwardian 1900s 1910s walking suit comprised of a blue and white striped cotton skirt and blue linen jacket featuring white soutache trim! The skirt is patterned with vertical blue and white stripes which switch to diagonal stripes when strips of indigo blue trim the bottom half. High waistline, semi-fitted through upper hip where the skirt flares out into fantastic waves. 1 white glass button closure at center back waistband with hand stitched pleats at each back side (alteration?) and one hook/eye down skirt opening. Paired together with a blue linen jacket that features soutache embroidery down and around the neckline, sleeve hems and front pockets. Flattering seamwork and gathered slightly puffed long sleeves. The walking jacket closes with three white glass button closures.

Skirt: Faint yellow to upper front below waistband.
Jacket: Rust spot at FL pocket & very faint small spot above this area (7th pic collage). Rust spot at BL sleeve. Very minor faint spot below soutache trim at F neckline. Minor tint to center back. Subtle fade mainly around shoulder / top sleeves.

Please note: I have NOT spot cleaned. I did a gentle wash in dawn dish detergent.
