Dreamy antique 1900s skirt in the palest yellow cream sheer cotton voile featuring embroidery eyelet designs. White cotton waistband with three front vertical rows of the embroidered eyelet design trimmed in open drawn-work. A horizontal band of gathered ruching encircles the skirt with a gathered embroidered eyelet and scalloped hem. The backside has more concentrated gathers around the center and there's a hook/eye closure.
