Rare Vintage 1920s Sequin Flapper Dress, 20s Jazz Age Dress, Gold Silver Sequin Art Deco Party Dress, Small

Outstanding authentic vintage 1920s fully sequined flapper dress! Entirely tambour hand sewn in gold and silver sequins in a geometric Art Deco design on cotton net. I love how the design features swooping scallops at the low hip that give the appearance of an elongated silhouette. Tiny charcoal gray glass bugle beads trim the tiny 'sleeves', neckline and those swooping scallops. A colorful peony fabric flower accents the left side bodice in velveteen and rayon petals with metallic bronzed stems. The asymmetrical scalloped skirt is perfect for that sought after swing. Four snap closures at each shoulder - no other closures.

Right underarm is different than left with hand sewn cotton net strips - noticed when viewing inside out.
Tied off loose threads. Re-sewed on sequins at a small area at back by hand. A few missing areas of sequins - have to look super close to even find these.
When handling, some of the sequins 'shed' their metallic coating.
