Fantastic vintage 1940s green and pumpkin wool plaid skirt and vest set. The vest is sleeveless styled with a V'd neckline, fabric covered front button closures, double V'd front hem and center back slit. The calf length skirt has a wide fitted waistband and a-line silhouette with back pleating creating lovely waves. The skirt closes with a side metal zip and three hook/eyes at waistband. From my personal wardrobe - the vest unfortunately is a touch too big for me, otherwise I'd be keeping this set in my closet.
