1900s 1910s Edwardian Embossed Floral Silk Lace Dress with Purse, Emerald Green Silk Ribbon Trim Antique Tiered Dress, XS 25 Waist

Enchanting antique 1900s 1910s embossed floral silk and mixed lace tiered Edwardian dress and matching pouch purse trimmed in emerald green silk ribbon!

The dress is styled with a front V'd neckline and a ruffled standing back collar with piped wire for shape. The bodice is made of up three layers: an interior net lace layer featuring scalloped filet lace across the bust which closes down the front with hook/eyes; followed by a layer of fine dotted net featuring small silk ribbon bows with two hook/loop closures and the outermost printed silk layer trimmed in wide swaths of emerald green silk with a center bow accent featured on the front and back. Sheer long dotted net sleeves are ruched towards the hems accented with more emerald green silk ribbon bows and rolled hems. The sleeves have a short interior lace petal sleeve. The green trimmed triple tiered skirt is gathered and the two under tiers are made up of 3/4 net. The dress closes up the left side skirt and across the front left waist. There is also an interior corselet waistband with hook/eye closures.

A matching embossed printed silk pouch purse completes the ensemble with piped green silk curlicues and trim. Purse is lined in silk.

Such a fabulous antique ensemble for a collector, to display or wear with care!

Antique silk ribbon was used to the waist trim & parts of shoulder trim. Other areas of emerald silk have wear so these areas should be handled with care. Wear/tear to net at neckline & some exposed piping. Some areas of minor discoloration. 1 minor tear & yellowing to net sleeves.
